Personally I wouldn't have a problem talking to Mince. I'm not seeing why everyone hates him other than him being a coward.

It's the way he talks to the others. The way he interacts. Almost everything about him rubs me the wrong way. Hence, I don't like the character.

There's nothing wrong with him, per se, he just doesn't clash well with people of a certain type. It's not like he's a bad person.

Looking a bit closer, he does seem to "pry", but I and by extension Cast are not very personal people so we would have no problem with it. I only bring it up because I like psychology.

Which means either he's a hypocrite, or he tries to learn about others in order to get closer to them and by extension hopefully have someone to confide in and ask for help in getting his family back.

He hasn't told anyone about himself because nobody will ask him. With good reason, of course.
