Well technically, they are dead, they don't produce any new cells, and don't have any flowing blood, it's been said that is more like goo then blood. So it is a possibility that they don't produce body heat.

The doctors aren't twins, they're just brothers. They're cyber-earth ponies. Pony in Boomsticks is an earth pony. I don't list them because there's too many.

well you have a little NPC chart on the Character sheets post just thought it would be nice if there was a label that said earth pony, pegasus, cyber pony earth, unicorn all that jazz
