I can use Crusher's built in repair talisman and consume a scrap metal, but I don't know what Camo wants to say about a mechanic repairing him.

He can use his talisman and a scrap metal to repair. If a mechanic wants to repair him they have to pass a repair roll. If they fail they can't try again.
