Okay, I forgot to put up explosives weapon rules:
You still roll a d20 to attack, but the numbers are different.

1-2, you hurt yourself AND a nearby ally.

3-5, you hurt only yourself.

6-10 nobody is hit.

11-15, you hit 1 enemy.

16-19, you hit 2 enemies.

20, you hit 3 enemies.

For every target hit you roll separate damage. There are no crits with explosives, the set damage is a d10+d5.
