Sorta, Like I said Cherry would ask about the bounty first, then make a call depending on what it was said that and Cherry prefers to take bounties alive.

Killing the mare was the problem Shadow had with it and that's the part I'm talking about. Whether or not she talks with them beforehand is kinda irrelevant.

Yeah, he might've killed her, but if the guards heard the gunshot (I'd roll perception for each time he fired) they all would've come running, and them he would not win against.

If you do it and your character dies that's a failure state: A loss. Killing her would have initiated a failure state. Killing her results in a loss and therefore is not a real option.

Yup. He wouldn't win the fight because they all have 75HP with armor that lowers all damage by 2 unless you have AP ammo or get a critical. On top of that they all have battle saddles with more powerful weapons than you guys have.

Shadow would be pissed at Mince, because he killed a mare he doesn't like stallions that'll even consider hurting a mare(Mainly because of how he was raised and certain events) He won't even consider hurting a mare unless his or Cherry's life is at risk. As you may have noticed, he won't even swear around Cherry or any mare for that matter. It's just how he works.
