With Cherry, she doesn't really care either way, but depending on the job, shes more inclined to talk to the bounty to see why they have a bounty in the first.

Oh, they would've heard it. She didn't have to run off to the guards for them to show up. And no, they wouldn't try to arrest you.

But they're three other doctors in our party alone. And seriously replacing her probably wouldn't be that difficult a bounty for BJ spread around the hoof rather quickly.

Put the same call out for a replacement doctor they get to use the existing building and all the supplies in it? sounds like a good deal to me.

Yeah, he might've killed her, but if the guards heard the gunshot (I'd roll perception for each time he fired) they all would've come running, and them he would not win against.
