"I see why you might ask that, yeah. Maybe I'll talk to this Eve sometime, though I haven't met her before."

"So, you will be stick here a little longer? Do you know many folks from around here?"

"I am acquainted with a few ponies, but none of them are from here, I don't think. The ones I know at least a little bit about are Cherry, Charcoal, Scorch, Searchlight, Painkiller, Cast Iron, and Clock, and I sorta travel with Charcoal. He seems like a good guide, of sorts, and a good pony. There isn't really anywhere else that I know the location of to go, so I'm staying here for now."

[Katarn]

"Oh, I've meet most of them too! That's nice!" Novae smiles. "That would be super awesome, if we would travel together like one team!"

[Ketchup]

"It certainly would be nice to work with others, better chances of survival for all involved."

[Aonee]

Crusher is walking around town, the scorch marks still on his side, when he walks by Novae and Quiver.

Jayne searches the Queen and finds:

- 1 Radroach Queen hormonal gland
- 1 strip of pony meat

Painkiller searches the dead roaches and finds:

- 9 strips of radroach meat
- 2 radroach eggs

[Katarn]

Picks up caps and, for some reason, hormonal gland. "I don't feel well, Doc. And no offence, but that thing was some nasty stuff and stationary medical facility would be better then field treatment. Let's go, grab our reward and head to Klinik and let that mare doctor look at us." Moves towards exit.

[Admiral Stoic Rum]

Painkiller pockets the caps, "Hey what have you got there? Think we should take the remains?" Painkiller gives a thought and grabs the pony meat too.

"Better report a job done, after we wash."

Painkiller cleans himself off as best he can to get rid of the radioactive goop. He doesn't want to be spreading it around, the crap burns. He folds up the wings and conceals them under his clothes.

He heads to speak with the Forepony who assigned him and Jayne

"Job's finished, we got the queen too. The ceiling collapsed from the infestation."

"Excellent," the worker replied with a grin. "Here's your caps. Thanks for handling that for us."

After getting paid, Jayne went straight forward to Klinik. Knock-open door. "Hey, Doc? Doc Blood? I need some treatment here."

[Admiral Stoic Rum]

Painkiller followed closely behind jayne...following him into the klinik as per his penchant. "Same here, feels like rad poisoning."

[CamoBadger]

Blood Clot stepped out of the back room and looked over the two before waving them to the back. "Come on, I'll grab some Radaway and fix you up."

[Katarn]

"Before you start. Would this be any of value to you?" Jayne shows queen's gland to Blood.

[CamoBadger]

"I have no idea what that is, so probably not," the mare replied with a shake of her head.

[Katarn]

"I've found it in..ugh...what's left of radroaches queen. Never mind then."
Sighs. "If you'd were nice griffon hen, I'd pay for sponge cleaning me." Jayne says with small smile.

[CamoBadger]

"That costs extra," Blood replied with a smirk. "Now if you'd like that purge, I recommend you wait in the back while I get my stuff."

[Admiral Stoic Rum]

"Sure thing," Painkiller replies, he moves to the back, "You know, we never actually asked how much the purge was." He says to jayne, "I've picked up meds from her so its not like she is unreasonable."

[CamoBadger]

Blood trotted into the back room after the two and pulled two bags of Radaway from a shelf. She started the IV on each of them and set the fluid to run bolus. "So, how did you two manage to get rad poisoning so quick? Didn't you just get back into town earlier today?"

Jayne and Painkiller Quest Experience:

[Admiral Stoic Rum]

"There was a job at the water treatment plant, kill some bugs, well the bugs tried to kill back. Their queen jizzed on us and now we were poisoned with rads. Lucky this guy is good in a fight." Painkiller answers and indicates to Jayne. "Although he hasn't washed the bug shit off himself yet. You were the one who treated his wing?"

[CamoBadger]

"Wow, sounds like an exciting afternoon," the mare replied. "Yeah, he came in the other day pretty beat up. Apparently he decided to pick a fight with a Bloatsprite swarm and they tore up his wing pretty bad."

[Admiral Stoic Rum]

"Well this time it was some radroaches," Painkiller nods to the doctor. "I have to say, and it's a genuine compliment, not many Earth Ponies can treat a wing injury as well as you did."

[CamoBadger]

"Well thanks. I get to see griffins occasionally when one of the Talon's at Fiddler's Hoof hurt themselves..." she pauses and rubs her chin. "Too bad I won't be seeing them anymore, I might forget how griffin wings work without getting to fix them for a while." She shook her head. "Still, thank you for that. I take it you're a doctor of some kind?"

[Admiral Stoic Rum]

"Eeyup," Painkiller answers quite plainly, "mostly combat medicine, but if I can find roots, perhaps a practice of my own in the future. I take it you learned from your folks?"

[CamoBadger]

"Yup, learned from Dad before he passed."

[Admiral Stoic Rum]

"Well, he left you something more than some mares I've met got from their Fathers. He left a pretty, skilled and competent doctor, was this his practice before it was yours?" Painkiller doesn't intend to press.

[CamoBadger]

"Yeah, Dad ran it before I took over." She checked the IV lines real quick before turning back to him. "You wouldn't be trying to sweet talk me, would you?"

[Admiral Stoic Rum]

"I'd not roll a die on it," Painkiller winces at his comment. "That didn't come out right. I'm from Dise, a gambling town in Caledonia, or rather whats left of it, colloquial expressions are bound to slip. Not that anypony doesn't mind a few bits of admiration here and there I'm told." Painkiller pauses, "And what if I was?"

"A gambling pony eh?" the mare replied, moving a little closer to talk quieter with him. "How about this then. If you were trying to sweet talk me, I'll make a little bet with you."
