((Since Rogue is an Equestrian citizen and came here with the intention of helping the NCR. Her leaving the NCR would technically make her a traitor. Why would the Empress believe anything she says if she was so willing to abandon her home?

((Um..I didn't change Rogue's SPECIAL. She got one extra point in agility from Small Frame...maybe that's what confused you? You can check her stats from first topic, I copy-pasted it from there.))

Shayle silently led Rogue from the Temple to the Palace. It was a short walk, but Shayle dreaded what could happen when she brought the pony before Kasai.
At the Palace door, Shayle stopped briefly before speaking to the guard out front. "I'm here to see the Empress."

((True, but Shayle is an exception since she was offered the position, and I assume everything she says is still taken with a grain of salt. Where as Rouge, who is accused of being a spy, just shows up. So either that makes her a traitor and she shouldn't be trusted since she might do the same thing if the tables turn. Or that she really is a spy and she's just trying to cover her tracks since she got found and then she really won't be trusted. Again, sorry just minor details hang me up some times.))
