((Well, the mission wasn't failed, just compromised. And if Kasai really did order for in the very least Felix to come with intentions of having Shayle kill him for being a NCR spy... isn't that technically going back on her promise on "No harm shall come to them"?

And even if she didn't order it, then somepony under her did intentionally making it so that Felix , in the very least as the others didn't have to go, was put in harms way, going back on the promise Kasai made to Shayle.

So it's either Kasai went back on her word, a dishonorable thing to do in a country and culture that's big on maintaining honor unless you want to throw that out.
Or somepony in her court is going behind her back, subverting her orders and promises, and making it seem like she's dishonoring herself by going back on her word.

Course that's just how I see it, you probably didn't intend on all that. And not that it matters, Rouge is the smart one at INT of 5 and all that has got to be INT of 7 worthy.

In any case, the mission wasn't a failure, it was compromised AND the commander was there and could have easily killed the group if he was so inclined to do so.))
