*She pulls the covers off of her head. After checking to make sure Neon wasn't there she puts a hoof under Sakura's chin and pulls her into a kiss* You want to lock the door?

Neon yawns and rolls out of bed. Now that he has a stable job, he has a much nicer, and cleaner, apartment. He begins gathering tools, "Better getting ready to plug Kura's leak today..."

((That makes me laugh so hard... Poor, poor Neon. ))

Azure wakes up slowly with her arms wrapped around Risk
"Mornin' Risky."
She nuzzles him.

((Edit:@Magma, This would mean Risk and Azure have been a couple for a about two years, right?))

Risk yawns and shuffles closer to Azure, a small smile on his face. "Morning, Azure."

Isaac watches the departing recruitment center with a frown on his face, "Hmph."

Neon pauses while packing up his tools, "Hm, Before I head over, I should probably check on Felix. He was pretty shaken after handling explosives last night."

He places his tools next to the door and heads for the mansion.

Azure's head starts to hurt and she vaguely remembers Isaac walking in on them
"Hey, Risky, ya mind if I stay here a couple days. Just to let Isaac cool off a bit?"
She pulls him closer and wraps her wings around him.

Neon knocks on the mansion door, and an elderly white pony with a fading black and purple mane opens the door. "Is Felix there?"

"Oh hello there...

...

...

You. I'll call him down."

He turns around and calls for Felix.

"That's fine by me. Stay as long as you need to." He sighs contentedly.

Rolling from her bed, Shayle groaned as the morning greeted her with the promise of yet another day on the tower, and absolutely nothing to look at outside New Hope. It wasn't a bad job, but sometimes she wished something, anything, would happen to spice up her day. A roaming pair of Raiders to shoot, a slave caravan to shut down, or even just a paradore getting too close to the wall.

The zebra pulled her shoulder harness on, ensuring the revolver inside was still functional after being unused for so long, and made her way to the living area. As much as it shamed her, Shayle and Felix still lived with Nova after being in New Hope for five years. She had tried to move out several times before, hoping to take Felix with her so they could unburden Nova, but without Felix having a paying job, the two just couldn't afford a place of their own.


As usual, Felix was already up and about, tinkering on their kitchen table with a random pile of wires and...explosives.


Great, Shayle thought to herself. First it was guns, and now Neon's got him playing with bombs.

Ignoring how unsure she was with Neon's lessons, the zebra mare trotted to the cabinet and pulled out a box of Apple Bombs, sitting across from her brother and nibbling at the cereal.

Just another boring, run of the mill day.


Hearing his name called, Felix pushed himself away from the table and quickly made his way to the door where Nova was waiting. "Yes?"

((Sorry had to do something.)) *She stretches.* Mornin Saks.

(('Tis okay.))
*Rolls out of bed, streches her wings, and makes her way to the kitchen* Any requests for today?

((Is Kura going to be at the clinic?))
Azure kisses Risk
"Thanks, Risky."
She looks at the empty bottle, then back at Risk
"Well, I hope ya had as much fun as I did last night, because I don't I'll be drinkin' again for awhile."
She lays her head back down.

((Yes, after Neon comes along though. Also, brb, dinner. ))

Moodstone wakes up and rolls out of bed. He shakes his head to clear away the sleep and thinks about what he has to do today.
"Let's see... cleared that path yesterday.. help smoked out parasprites the day before... ugh... now I remember."

He grabs his pack and heads out the door only to walk over to the main house. He didn't move out so much as had a separate room built close by to his parents place. He knocks on the door softly in hopes of not waking up his baby sister and hoping one of his parents are awake enough to answer the door.

"There's somepony here to see you."

Neon smiles, "Hey Felix, how're you feeling? I know that dealing with explosives for the first time generally leaves you with a headache."
