((A grudge is really the wrong word. I'm not sure how to explain it, but Terra loves Iffin as a daughter right? I don't see why that would change over a few words, but you're right it would be incredibly hurtful. How she would handle it is really up to you. You could have her stop doing the things a mother would do for their child for Iffin but that kinda proves Iffin right and there would just be a big rift between them. I think the best way to handle it is to give Whisper a photo album and have him to talk to her.))

*Three days after the fight that ended with her storming out of down, Iffin crossed back through the gates, seemingly unnoticed by the guards, and limped all the way home. She had a broken leg, a broken arm, a broken wing, and multiple cuts all along her body, and the Med-X was wearing off, but she wouldn't let them bother her just yet. She opened to door to her home- if it still is her home- and hoped this would work. If it didn't, well, she figured she had enough to make it to Tenpony.*
Hey mom? Can you tell me where dad's clinic is again? I kinda forgot.

((*Pulls up a chair, pops some popcorn, and gathers a few tissues just in case this gets deep*))

*Terra runs into the room at the sound of Iffin's voice, looking over her wounded daughter* Iffin... are... are you alright? Any permanent damage?

(( My input on the grudge - She wouldn't like, disown her or anything, but there are a lot of bad relationships between mothers and daughters. My sister and mom is a great example. ))

[Aonee]

*Coughs a little, blood coming up* I think I'll be fine...

*Looks at her in worry, but looks away* ... Down the street and to the left. Your fa-- Whisper's clinic is third building down...

[Aonee]

Thanks... *Limps out the door again, following the directions*

Whisper waves out a customer when Iffin walks in. He walks over to her and helps her into one of the examination rooms and goes to work
"What happened, Iffin?"

[Aonee]

*At this point, she spills her saddlebags, out from which flows a pile of assorted metal armor and weapons* Just some bandits that thought they could hit the down... Don't worry, they're all dead.

*Terra walks back to the living room, lies down on the couch, and begins crying*

[Aonee]

*Doesn't mean Whisper's eyes the whole time he's working on her*

(( Should we have someone at the same time come over and comfort Terra? ))

"Right, well as long as yer alive that's all that matters."
After about twenty minutes he finishes patching up Iffin
"Well okay, all done. Just rest up, and ya can be on yer way."
He's about to exit the room when he stops
"Ya know, Terra and I aren't mad at ya, Iffin. We're just... Hurt."
He walks back into the lobby

((I can have Azure do it.))
Azure walks down stairs and sees Terra crying
"Mama, what's wrong?"
She walks over to her and gives her a hug.

(( Azure would be fifteen, or almost, about now, right? ))

I- I know... I didn't mean what I said, I was overreacting...
*Sighs as he goes back to the lobby, then walks out the back door, aiming again for the house. When she reaches it, she moves to hug Terra, but stops when she sees Azure and just looks at the floor*
Hey mom? I'm-i'm sorry...

I-Iffin came home and she was all beat up and injured... *she sobs and looks up at Azure* She hates me, Azure, if I h-hadn't yelled at her, she w-wouldn't have gone out, and got hurt...

Azure continues to hug Terra
"Iffin, doesn't hate ya, mama, she was just... angry or upset, I know she couldn't of meant what she said, she loves ya mama, just like Isaac, daddy, and I all do.And it's not your fault she got hurt, it was just bad luck is all."

((Ugh, I'm terrible with this. I hope it works.))

*she sniffles and hugs Azure back* Thank you, sweetie. *She looks up as Iffin enters* ... Iffin, you really hurt me when you said that. Even if I'm not your biological mother, I still love you.

I- I know... I love you too, and I know there's nothing I can do to make up for what I said, even if I didn't mean it...

*She beckons Iffin over, and once she's close enough, pulls her into the hug with herself and Azure* I forgive you.
