*Looks down* I was still very young... I remember those last weeks, just before I started school. She had started to get sad, and when I asked, she said it was because she wouldn't get to see me anymore... And when I said I would visit her after school, she just gave me a sad smile...
Come the end of the first day, I rushed to where my dad worked. But when I asked for... Her... They just said she was gone. It took me almost the rest of the year to find out that she was executed that day.... While I was at school... And the better part of ten years to find out just how many strings my dad pulled to put it off that long...

*Starts to softly cry*

*Puts a wing around guard, pulling him into a hug* it's... It's just what the Enclave does. When I asked why she was locked up, my dad said it was because of her cutie mark... When I asked her, she just said she couldn't tell. The Enclave has special Dashite-hunting squads, but they never really tell us why... My best guess is so they don't come back to tell us what life without the Enclave is like...

Okay, I picked up the ammo and new barding from the armory. Thanks again for the resupply, it'll go a long way with helping my mission.
I'm certain it will, sir. Will you be needing a bunk to rest up in as well?
Mm, naah. We're probably gonna leave right now anyways.
Wa- But sir! Certainly you must be tired from your trip, and your transport is still in maintenance!

(It's a revolver with twenty little notches.) *With a sigh he picks up the gun and makes an extra notch in the barrel with his hellhound gauntlet.* *He closes his eyes.* Mom, why did you do that?

*Suddenly he opens his eyes.* One of them has to know. *He pockets the revolver and moves to a nearby counter. He shuffles through a stack of photos until he finds the one he's looking for. It contains A griffon a ghoul a unicorn an earth pony stallion and mare. all of them smiling towards the camera.*

Quest added: The Truth.

*The door creaks open behind him.*
