Funny thing is almost everyone I know of who draw humanized Ponies draw Fluttershy with enormous... chest, yes, that's it.

And personally my admiration was pointed more not at the breast size, but how he draws the faces, it just looks really Rarity-like.

String, after looking over those pictures it seems that their boob size changes depending on what outfit they have on. And in some of those pictures the characters have their arms crossed or have something covering their chests.

AJ and Twilight's breasts seem pretty large to me in the wedding picture. Flutter's seems to be pretty large in the third picture (She is flat chested in the last one though.) Though RD does look like her breasts are smaller consistently.
