Fallout: Equestria - One Hundred and Fifty Nights
Hi there! I've recently been changing a few things in this one fic of mine, in preparation of adding another chapter to it... and I thought that, since it could use a bit more attention, I would promote it here! So... here goes: Fallout: Equestria - One Hundred and Fifty Nights!
You’ve heard of Littlepip. We all did. The tales of her exploits have become known to the entire post-apocalyptic Equestria. Everybody praised her… or cursed her. The Stable Dweller, the Lightbringer… the Hellmare, the Destroyer…
This tale, however, isn’t about her. In fact… this tale happens to take place in a completely different Wasteland. After the water talisman in Stable Thirty-Nine begins to malfunction, a young bat pony, Nightkin, finds himself on a quest to search for a replacement. Racing against time and plagued by strange dreams of a mare he never met, he will scoure the Wasteland, making friends and enemies alike in his wake, all while going over one question:
“Will I ever earn my cutie mark?”
So yeah, this story takes place in an alternative dimension from the one where the original Fallout: Equestria (and about the thousand side-stories of it) took place. I did it for a reason, which I don't plan on revealing anytime soon ;p I hope some of you will find it interesting, even though I am well aware that this story is nowhere near the level of some other FoE side-stories out here.

To those of you who read this post, looked up this story and find it enjoyable,I'm afraid I have bad news. I'm canceling my FoE side-story.
I am terribly sorry to those of you who grow to really like it. I really am. But... I don't have the time to ever hope to finish it. Look at it! It took me over 60k to start getting to night number 1, and it's been over a year since I started working on that. As much as I enjoy this story, I don't want to write it for another 150 years or so. Not to mention that it was meant to be actually part 1 of the whole story...
The point is, I am too occupied with my other storied to ever hope to finish 150 Nights. Because trust me, there was going to be a lot happening. I'm sorry, I really am.
If anybody is interested in picking up this story from me and giving it the attention it would need to be completed, you can PM me and talk with me. If nobody like this will be found, then... I guess this story would be completely dead then. I suppose I can write here in a blog just what exactly I planned to do with Nightkin further on, and you would all admit it that this story would be ridiculously long, but I know that it won't be the same. So yeah, it would be neat of somebody would want to write it, but I'm a realist, so I realize that most likely won't happen.
However, I have some brighter news: in place of this story, I will start a new FoE story! A much shorter one (much shorter), letting me finish it during... two years, I think, even with it having a 3rd priority among the stories I write (after Rebirth of the Damned and Stars in the Making). I believe the first chapter will be ready by 24 of December (yeah, this will be my Holiday gift this year), so be on a lookout!
I hope none of you are too disappointed with me. I know it's bad to abandon a story that became this developed. But honestly, finishing it would be impossible for me, and continuing it would be unfair to me, to you, and to fans of my other stories who don't read this one.
I promise I will put my as much, if not more, creativity into that other story, as I put into 150 Nights. I loved writing Nightkin, and this attempt in joining FoE's universe, even if a bit... weird, helped me learn a lot. It also made me more appreciate the work Kkat had put into creating Fallout: Equestria, how well she merged those two worlds that at first sight have nothing in common. Even those who don't like this kind of stories should agree that it's a magnificant piece of work. Those who like those stories could even say that it's the work of art.
Hope to see you back for that other story!
