And eh, my comparisons/examples tend  to be rather "meh" xP My point was that many can't seem to notice... "quality" per say. They notice they are more drawn to a ex: "better made" movie instead of some cliché crap with cardboard characters. But that they are incapable of figuring out why movie A was better than movie B. While it is imo, really obvious: Basically the listed examples you gave. It contains shit we actually care about that is well written instead of some slog made for the sole purpose of selling/being there. Like, I can see it as getting head. If it's with someone I don't know in an alley or some shit, it will purely be for the endorphins. I'd blow a load, then be done. Presto. But add an additional detail, like it's someone I know. I'd actually have some further investment in it. Maybe even overall care where to finish. If adding even more that it's not just a quickie, maybe even at either of ours place, I'd be further invested, likely even interested in giving back, assuming it wasn't just a "for me" moment. And if adding in so it's like, a passionate all nighter, and/or with someone I'd possibly even love, then I'd be way, way more invested in it. Like, focused as fuck. And my point being there, that these people don't seem able to grasp what could possibly be the difference between the first and last of these two. To them, it's the same, isn't it? Both involves sex. There's no discernible difference.

And erf... I know I'm not alone in finding that blargh. But it's really annoying... especially as in ex: the furry fandom, I've based my character of myself, endowment and all. As for the pony fandom, my pony OC tends to get "bullied/teased" a bit both for being accurate, and her cutie mark. The mark however I can get to a degree xP

And eh... for some reason, it's a optical illusion for the (majority of) straight male to find the penis the most attractive part of a woman's body, which makes no sense whatsoever as said. But in general, male writers are very superficial, and due to our current society and porn norms, they've been taught the penis is what is important and in focus, so they tend to take most their time describing that. While female writers instead focus on the penis as well, (we're going with the ones that follow the norm here) but they instead tend to go with it's "internal" details, like how much blood flows through it, or how "majestic" it is, or how the characters feel like when seeing it. But yeah, personally find it really lackluster when there's like, 7 paragraphs describing this cock, then there's this small snippet basically going "... oh, and uh, she had a pussy... it was wet." as the entire description of the female.

It does depress me how often writers seem to forget that females' pleasure doesn't revolve around males' pleasure. Just like in idiotic porn, the females' desire and satisfaction gets swept under the rug completely so they can focus on 'serving' their lover. It's borderline creepy.

To be fair, the show has set the precedent that no matter how monstrous you make a villain, you can completely derail the character and make him "Good" (protagonist-helping, because the world revolves around Our Heroes) any time you like. No making sense required, just give 'em a shovel full of rancid horseshit the Magic of Friendship, and they're off to build a fucking orphanage.

I'm not even sure what you'd spend those paragraphs fucking talking about, anyway. Describe length, describe girth, done. I like SCP, it's a fun collection of super-creepy sci-fi stuff. It never scares me, but it's sometimes really fun to read. I do have to limit how much I read, though. See, SCP stuff, at its best, is designed to 'get under your skin' even though a reader knows it is fictional. SCP articles are highly entertaining while at the same times being mental viruses that are aimed directly at creating fear. Years ago, soon after I first found SCP, I spent an entire night just reading through pages there. It was fun, but I totally lost track of time. I started noticing that, while nothing had gotten anywhere close to producing fear in me, I was shivering a little. I chalked it up to staying up too late, and kept on reading. Eventually I become completely giddy. (The totally literal definition.) Shivering constantly and being entirely too happy about it. I finally decided to go to bed, because while I wasn't going to ever have nightmares or whatever, it still wasn't healthy to keep reading this stuff. Just another instance of how anything in excess becomes harmful. I don't remember what the time was, but it was certainly after 2:00 A.M. and I had a really terrible time forcing myself to calm down enough to sleep.

I get scared over real things, I feel fear over stuff that can actually hurt me or when I get surprised. And I feel fear from concepts like death. But whenever it is fictional, I eat fear. If that sound really weird, that's because it is weird. *Shrug*

Joke SCPs are just fun, though. And my favorite not-creepy SCP is SCP-8900-EX. Also, bees is hilarious. I'm gonna stop now before I spend the next three hours reading more.
