Cherry giggles"Ah tried that once, it was kinda funny, but it didn't really help. Not as much as the coat does, anyways. Lucky fer him, the burns heal quickly, they're gone by the mornin'. Kinda interestin' actually, his minor injuries will normally help up over night. Ya'd have ta ask him, but ah think it has somethin' ta do with his magic."

"Magic. Makes my job easier and harder all at the same time. Have you ever tried treating a guy that's had his heart telekintically squeezed? Nevermind that I had no idea what'd happened, but seriously what do you do for a squeezed heart?"

Cherry shrugs"Ah have no idea, Ma'am. Ah usually leave that question up ta the doc, that's on duty."

[Tytan]

"The worst thing to save people from is their own idiocy, not because it's difficult but because you just don't understand how they ended up that way. A patient came to me puking blood. Turned out he tried to eat the poison sack of a radscorpion raw. Another who's bones had turned to porcelin. He took a dump in a field of killing joke. Another who went swimming in a river of taint and was surprised to have cancer. It just- I don't even... ugh!"

"That's why I prefer ta work with explosives, and firearms. Much easier ta deal with."She smiles

[Tytan]

"If I have to treat one more dumb hick that got herpes because, 'that whore was just so gosh dern pretty' I'm gonna start cutting bits off."

"Wow, doc, ah don't think ah've met a doctor as... Unique as you before."

[Tytan]

"Gotta be unique, or your patients start disobeying orders. That and my sanity has been brought into question more than once."

"Ah guess that's one way ta look it...."She looks at Clock"Is that really case down here? Back home once ya went ta the doc, ya listened."

[Tytan]

"Lotsa people don't like being told what to do. Or they think they've got something more important to do than getting better. If they think you'll tie'em up and toss'em into a hollowed out sparkle cola vending machine until they're better they tend to listen a little closer."

"Right, so don't piss ya off, got it. Anythin' else ah should know?"

[Tytan]

"Two things I guess. One, I actually did lock someone in a vending machine once. He was a raider, and he was being a dick after I amputated his leg. Two, Viktor is very good at his job."

"Oh Celestia, I'm sounding insane again aren't I? I think I need some sleep. I didn't really get any last night."

Cherry nods"Just a tad, sugar cube. Maybe, sleep might be good for ya."

[Tytan]

"Yeah, yeah. I start saying things I shouldn't when I don't get sleep. Which rooms are free?"

"Uh, ah think all of'em are. Shadow hasn't mentioned anythin' 'bout a price.."

[Tytan]

"Works for me. Night Miss Blossom, Viktor I'll see yah when I wake up." *Picks a door at random and flops on the bed within.*

"Night, doc."Cherry sits down, takes off her battle saddle and starts fiddling with the scope.

Cherry looks at Charcoal and Viktor"Either one of y'all know which gems ta use fer night optics?*She points at the repeater in her saddle* Clementine needs an upgrade, and ah can't quite remember if it was rubies or sapphires."

[Tytan]

"Viktor know ruby taste spicy. Sapphire taste minty."

"Well, that doesn't really help. But it's somethin' ta keep in mind, so thanks Vik."She smiles and goes back to work.

[XT Vengeance]

"Well, I'm not sure about using any particular gems. I haven't used a night scope in a long time. But that's because of my eye. I just use infra-red sensors in my cybernetic eye."

"Ya don't happen ta have the night scope do ya? It'd sure save me a lot of trouble."

[XT Vengeance]

"Unfortunately no. Last time I needed one was eight years ago. Sorry."
"Kaw?"
"No, raiders aren't that well equipped Scorch."

"Damn, oh well. Ah'm sure ah can figure this out."She stops messing with her saddle and looks at Charcoal"Well, while ah'm outta ideas need anythin' fixed up?"

"Oh, no thanks. I can repair all of my equipment myself. It is definitely a must for all the time I spend laid up in the field. Thanks for the offer though."

"No, problem. Just figured ah'd ask, ah'm startin' ta miss my old job ah guess."She chuckles.

[XT Vengeance]

"Yeah? What was that?"

[Guest]

"When ah was in the Volunteer Corps, ah worked in the armory when ah wasn't on patrol and got ta repair what weapons and armor we had. Out in the field ah was EOD in trainin'. Just 'sposed ta be a one year tour then ah'd get ta go back ta Neighvarro ta finish up, but as ya can see that didn't happen."
