That power would be too dangerous to have. To sum it up, with little to no regard for personal well being, morality may go out the window as well.

On the contrary. With no reasons to care for your own safety, you could without problem become the ultimate Good Samaritan - for all you care, you could set your self as an organ farm.

You do. Everyone has his own moral code, and I won't dictate yours. What I'm getting at is that if you're basing a moral system on the consequences your acts have on you and you alone, that's quite a selfish and self-centered view of the world to hold.
