If we aren't allowed to grapple or whatever (I'm going by what Frost told me here), then how did I get away with Cast holding the Butcher in place in the bakery by his neck? Am I missing something?

I've not seen anyone grapple, at least. I've just read of people throwing haymakers whenever anyone gets into close combat

@Iron: Obviously you aren't familiar with RP grappling. Trust me, you don't want to get mixed up with it.
We're just going to say it goes off STR rolls. The first person to grab does a roll, then to escape the one being restrained does a roll. If the restrained character wins, they break out. If they lose then the character restraining them has to roll again to keep them restrained, etc.
