"Well. Let's start from the begining..at first there was big explosion...." Facehoof. "Sorry. But yeah, begining. Why did he left you..at least why he think he left you?"

"I-I don't know. He just... He just... He had no trouble hitting me. He was so mad... He-he told me to leave him."

[Katarn]

"I'm sorry, what? I was there, he wasn't beating you. He was beating Tumble, who turned into you, since he thought this way no one will try harm him. Which make Char mad, since he turned into mare he loves. Tell me I'm wrong."

[Tytan]

"But-but Tumble looked just like me... Why didn't he hesitate, or-or... I don't know..."

[Katarn]

Sigh. "He wasn't beatting YOU, he was beating Tumble. He was fully aware who he was."
"And now he's beating himself from inside for doing that, since it hurt you."

[Tytan]

"B-but why did he tell me to leave?"

[Katarn]

"Cuz he loves you and he, more likely he thinks he aren't worth you anymore, after what he did?"

[Tytan]

The dots connect in Clocks head. She mutters to herself, "Dammit... why does that make sense..."

Because he's a stubborn, self depreciating ass that's why.

[Katarn]

"Woooo, I'm useful." Grins. "Now, will you continue crying about it?" Offers hoof.

[Tytan]

"Yes I can, but there's something I've got to do." Clock trots back to the mill on wobbly legs. She finds Charcoal in the same spot she left him. She stands in front of him, tears drying in her coat.

Charcoal looked up to Clock only for a moment. "Please...Clock...Just...just leave me," he said quietly.

Without a word Clock smacks him across the face.

Chacoal just sits there and takes the hit silently. It's what I deserve.

A second or two after that she pulls him in for a deep kiss.

Charcoal pushes the mare away. "Clock...don't...I can't...please. I don't want to hurt you anymore," he says quietly.

Clock puts a hoof over his mouth and hushes him. She wraps her hooves around his chest and nuzzles his neck.

"Clock...I...why?" Charcoal says quietly into her ear.

"Because I still love you," she whispers back.

"Even after all of that?" Charcoal asked quietly.

"Even after all that," she repeated back. "When I saw you hitting Tumble I thought you didn't love me anymore. I thought when you looked at her you saw me, I didn't think you just saw Tumble."

"Why would I see you? Tumble tried to use you, and I wasn't going to let that happen. He is a prick, and deserves what he gets," Charcoal said, still clearly angry at Tumble.

"I thought you saw me because she looked like me. I put myself in your horseshoes and thought about what I would have done if Tumble turned into you, and I didn't think I could hurt him."

Clock, I probably shouldn't have hurt him like that. But he shouldn't be hiding. If he really wanted us to trust him he wouldn't have tried to hide behind a mask that looks like you. He needed some sense knocked into him. I...I only regret that it hurt you..."

Clock nuzzles his chest, "Thank you. I'm sorry I hurt you too."

"Clock I...thanks." Charcoal nuzzled the mare.

[Katarn]

Watches couple from afar. "Yup. I'm useful." Grins.

[Guest]

Clock stepped away from cherry and made her way to Searchlight swaying painfully every few steps. "You want to search Old Appleoosa?"

[Orm]

Searchlight continued to stare off into the distance. "Eventually. But for now it would be best if we went back to New Appleloosa so everyone can get themselves patched up."

[Ironmonger]

Cast Iron stares off at the rubble of the building. "...I just finished off a building, yet I'm still pissed...Life needs to make more sense." he says to no one in particular.

She nodded despite the fact that the ghoul was facing away from her and retrieved Flower from Cherry. After Packing her away she approached Eve who had been unsurprisingly quiet during the events.

[Ketchup]

Quiver stands by the cart.
"Are we ready to depart?"
He says with a hint of despair.

Seeing as the pegasus didn't seem to be paying attention to her at the moment she surrounded herself in a levitation field which was more out of habit then anything else at this point and took to the air. She flew off in the direction Of New Appleoosa.

[Orm]

"Quiver, bring everyone back to New Appleloose so they can get their injuries treated." Searchlight said from inside the cart.

[Ironmonger]

Cast Iron walks up and sits down in the cart.

[Ketchup]

"Cherry, you ready to fly?"

[Guest]

"Shadow 'bout Tumble..."

"We'll talk later."

"But."

"Later, okay? Ah promise."

She sighs"Fine."She walks over to the wagon and harnesses herself"Yeah. Ready fer exfil."Sounding disgusted.

Shadow walks into the cart and sits next Cast, while staying as close to the front as possible.

[Ketchup]

The cart takes off for New Appleoosa.

Charcoal jumped out of the cart at the last second along with Scorch. He ran off back to the cliff and sat down at the edge of it.

Scorch perched on his shoulder and let out a low squawk.

"It's for the better."

((2 hours later the group arrives in New Appleloosa. 1 hour after that Tumble arrives))

Martini looks down from the wall as the cart pulls through the gate with a frown on her face. "Um... hi guys. Sorry about uh, making you go out for nothing."

[Guest]

"Nice sittin' with ya, trooper."He pats Cast on the shoulder and walks off.

Cherry follows Shadow"Yeah, nice ta talk ta ya, sir."She waves at Cast

Shadow looks at Martini"Don't worry 'bout it ma'am. Happens."He says, with a tone suggesting that he's distracted.

[Ketchup]

Quiver sighs with relief at the sight of Martini.
"Where's Ditzy?"

[Orm]

Searchlight just stares at Martini, slightly confused that the mare was on the wall. "Martini? How did you... Where were you this whole time?" He asked.

[CamoBadger]

Lotus looked over the wall beside her sister. "She's behind her store." The mare turned and smacked her twin in the head. "Do you have anything to tell them?"

"I already said sorry!" She huffed and looked down to Searchlight. "We, um... we were at the mill, then we went to Old Appleloosa to drop something off, and then we... went to Ponyville," she replied, her voice getting quieter with each word.
