Welcome to your first sight of Radiation.
if your characters ever become afflicted by Radiation, they will take damage over time until the source is removed and they are purged by either a doctor, or Radaway. So don't forget to see the doctor when you get back from your quest, or you're gonna have a bad time.
When the affliction is obtained, I will tell you the amount of HP lost over time.

The queen roared and spun to Painkiller.
[vs Painkiller: 17 (6+4= 10 damage)] The queen grabs the pony and opens her jaws, spraying the slime over him before dropping him to the ground with a scream. (Painkiller - 63/110HP remaining | Effect: Radioactive Goo: -3HP per round until removed and purged of Radiation)

(Jayne - (3 rad damage) 62/110HP remaining)

[d20 4] Charges at queen, but misses her and sprawls on the floor.

Covered in goo, painkiller makes eye contact with jayne he's had enough

[combat 15][Damage 8+4] He grabs the shovel still sticking out of the queen and plows it through her the rest of the way.

(the queen has died)
The queen screamed in pain and fell over.
(Jayne -3(rad damage) - 59/110HP remaining)
(Painkiller -3(rad damage) - 60/110HP remaining)

Picks himself up, then proceed to queen, fires few extra shots in her head and pick ups healing potion, which Painkiller throw at him earlier. In one-go he empties the bottle.
Checks queen for anything of value.

Painkiller reaches in his bags and pulss out the bottles of pure water, he thinks they can reduce their rad problem by washing off the goo. They'll still have to see blood clot about a purge, but they could at least make it to town.

He also pops one of his regular potions and downs it, and tosses another small one down by Jayne with the bottle of pure water.

"Wash off, last thing we need is to be smearing this shit all over the place. Hopefully we won't be glowing."

Painkiller loots the corpses hoping to find out if the ponies they'd eaten had caps and the roaches had probably eaten them as well.

the last few actions and all that. Jayne got plenty of kills.
