Shadow looks at the ghoul"Ah suppose, but that fire over there was a little bright, and was hurtin' my eyes."he, takes off his sunglasses and tucks them into his coat. Showing a pair of eyes with just the faintest outline of sliver.

Cherry nods"Yup there's a town just up the way. That's where we came from, that's actually where we got ta turn this guy in at."

"You could some with us." The filly excitedly blurts out.

[Orm]

"Long story short, the camp we were staying at got attacked and we had to run."
He points his hoof to the fire in the distance.
"That's what's left of it."

Cherry looks at the filly"Ah 'spose we could. Ah don't see why not, what do ya say Shadow?"

Shadow shrugs"Whatever ya wanna do, Blossom."

"All right, ah guess we'll go with ya then."She smiles at the filly.

[Ironmonger]

Cast Iron drifts back to reality at the mention of the attack"Bah. Zey had rockets." he rumbles.

[Orm]

"They also had us greatly outnumbered."
He says to Cast.
"You can't honestly think it would be different if they didn't have rockets."

Flower gives Cherry a wide smile in return before taking a spot closer to her.

Tumbleweed warily watches his daughter.

"Actually, I'm pretty sure we all would have died if it hadn't been for the rockets. They did allow us to escape."

[Ironmonger]

"All I'm saying is zat zey had artillery. It makes my mind spin. Artillery is vorthless vithout zeh infantry, so I agree vith you." he explains

Shadow stares at the filly, then sits down, pulls out a book and starts reading.

Cherry smiles"Hey there youngin', what's yer name, sweetie?"

"Uhh Cactusflower. Who are you? I like you."

"Name's Cherry Blossom, but folks call me Cherry and ah like ya as well, sweetie."She smiles.

[Guest]

She continued to smile at the Pegasus. "Yay."

Cherry smiles then nudges Shadow"Ain't she cute?"

"Yup."He says not looking up from the book.

"Oh, yer no fun ya didn't even look."She playful sticks her tongue out at him.

He rolls his eyes and continues reading.

[Orm]

Searchlight notices Shadow reading, and walks up to him.
"What are you reading?"

[Guest]

"A book."He continues to read.

[Ironmonger]

"Hmmm..." shhhnk-hiss. Cast Iron sits down. "I am by far not villing to test zis, but I am starting to vonder if a unicorn strong in telekinesis could rip a rocket from zeh sky...Hmm....I am a rather adept telekinetic..." He puts a mechanical hoof to his chin. "I cannot get zeh damn things off of my mind..." he says entirely to himself but at normal volume.

[Orm]

"Good to see you're not one of the ponies who forgot what those are."
He said sarcastically.
"Mind saying what it's about?"

[Guest]

"Magic."The book starts to glow dark purple

[Orm]

"Huh."
He walks behind Shadow to look at the book over his shoulder.
"So it's a Big Book of Arcane Sciences?"

[Guest]

"No, it's not."The book vanishes and he sighs"Well, since that's all ah'm gettin' done fer tonight.*He looks at Searchlight*It's about Umbramancy. Any more questions?"

[Orm]

"Except for the obvious 'what the hell is Umbramancy', no, I don't have any more question."

[Guest]

Shadow sighs"Shadow magic."He says slightly annoyed."Blossom, are ya sure ya wanna travel with these folks? They're kinda nosey."

"Yes, bein' 'round other folks is good fer ya."

"If ya say so, Blossom."

[Guest]

Flower's expression slowly changed to one of frustration. She had found what she was apparently looking for but she still wasn't getting it.

Flower glared at Cherry,

And that's was what her father was looking for. At that moment he took a step towards the pair and scooped the filly up in his magic quickly packing her away.

"Sorry Cherry, she's just tired."

[Orm]

Searchlight pats Shadow on the back.
"Well it's good to see that you're the social butterfly of the two of you."
He says jokingly as he walks past him.

[Guest]

"Oh, don't worry 'bout it, Tumbleweed. Ah get a little cranky myself when ah'm tired."She smiles

Shadow rolls his eyes and stands next to Cherry, watching Tumbleweed.

Cast leans in close to Searchlight and lowers his voice.
