Oh yea... I hadn't thought about that, especially with Azure still sitting her eggs and all...

"Yeah... Well, I don't mind workin' Azure's shifts if ya don't want ta. But I don't think I'd be able ta work yers as well..."He thinks"Know anyone that might be interested in a temperary postion?"

Uhh... Felix might be able to, if you ask him.

"Felix.... Uh, he's the zebra colt right? Um, does he know anythin' or at least a quick leaner?"

Yes, and yes, from what I know.

Uhh, he and Neon are living in the Clock Tower right now, I think.

"The clock tower, well ain't that somethin'."He gets up"Well, I guess I'll go get'im."

"All right I'll be back in a bit."Whisper walks over to the clock tower and knocks on the door."I hope the kid's home.."

Felix trotted down the stairs and pulled the door open. "Oh, hey Whisper."

"Howdy kid, so, I hear ya know a little bit 'bout fixin' folks up, that true?"

"Oh, yeah. A little."

Whisper thinks"Hmm, I can work with that. Are ya fast learner?"

"Definitely," Felix replied excitedly.

"Good, then yer hired! When can ya start?"

"Really? Um...I...I can start right now if you want," Felix blurted in his excitement.

[Guest]

"Great, that's what I like to hear. Just so ya know, it's only a temperary postion right now, but if I like yer work and ya like the job. I'm sure I can arrange somethin' so ya can stay."

"That sounds great. Thank you so much," Felix told him with a grin, barely able to stop himself from bouncing up and down.

Whisper notices Feilx is about to bounce around"Glad yer excited and all, but uh, maybe we should get back?"

"Oh, hush, Whispy. The boy's just excited, let'im have his moment."

He sighs"Whatever ya say, mama.*He looks at Felix*Go head, take a moment ta jump around or tell Neon. I can wait." He smiles

"Okay, I'll let Neon know and be right out." Felix spun around and practically bounced back into the tower to tell his coltfriend the good news.

Neon had just made his way in the top window, and had flown down onto the sofa, reading one of his clockwork magazines.

Felix galloped up to Neon and slid to a stop just before hitting the couch. "Neon, I got a job at the clinic!"
