"Well, I told my Boss's daughter she could be flower filly (Saks told me they spread flowers around the aisle.) and it would mean alot if you'd make some of those paper flowers."

Shayle's eyes shot wide as she looked away from Red. "Oh...um...I don't know. It's been a really long time, and I wouldn't be any good anymore," she stammered.

"Alright Shayle, it's fine if you don't want to. You sure that's why though?" She takes a seat. "Most people's eyes don't go wide over something like that."

Neon steps into the Clocktower, looking around at the refurbishing He and Felix had done in only a few short days to turn it into a - albeit tall - home. "Felix? You here?"

"Um..." she frowned and sat down, squeaking nervously as she thought of whether or not to actually talk with Red about it.

Felix trotted down the stairs with a grin. "Yeah." The colt walked over and wrapped Neon in a hug.

"You don't have to talk about it, but you can trust me. We're friends right?"

"Yeah," she agreed, lifting her head slightly. "I...I just don't want you to be disappointed by them."

[Guest]

"Shayle... Remember when you first got here? Before mom taught you to read?" She closes her eyes as she tries to remember the mare's second day in New hope. "You had a list with no words just sketches."

She opens her eyes looking back to Shayle. "Those sketches were great. I know I'll like whatever you come up with."

((Hope that's okay Camo. I can change it if you want.))

"Are you sure?" Shayle asked hopefully. "It's been a really long time."

Red gave the mare a nod and smile trying to support as best she could. "I'm sure. Do you have any paper? Or do you want to get your own?"

"I think I can find some. Do you think anyone in town has anything...colorful?" Shayle asked warmly.

[Guest]

"They might. If not we could check Tenpony." She looked around spotting a clock. "I could help you check around town, but I got to get back to work soon. Before that though there's one last thing I should tell you."

[CamoBadger]

"What's that?"

[Guest]

"I kicked Kenji off the ship."

[CamoBadger]

"You did?" Shayle asked with a surprised look. "When?"

[Guest]

((Do you remember that volcano we passed over? Well the timing felt right.))
"Just before we left Japony."

Shayle sat still for a moment, then threw her hooves around Red. "Thank you so much."

[Guest]

Red's initially shocked by the gesture, but shortly after she returned it. "You're welcome. That's what friends are for right?"

She gently pulled out of the hug. "Did you tell Buck what happened?"

[CamoBadger]

Shayle nodded. "Yes, not too long after we got back."

[Guest]

She smiled. "That's great. I'm guessing things worked out alright?" Her eyes drifted back towards the clock. "Ughh... I got to get back to work. Talk about it later?"

She said as she walked towards the door.

"Yeah, sounds good," Shayle replied with a grin and a wave. "I'll see you later."

She waved back as she stepped out the door and made her way back to the HOR.
