Shayle frowned to the pony, not sure what else to say. She looked over to the others briefly, then back to Lug, considering pushing further. Because that was something I liked others to do...
The zebra internally kicked herself for having considered it, and just sat silently beside the pony.

Lug Nut looks at the zebra, surprised and glad that she didn't pry further. "So, just so we are clear, it was nothing personal. I just wanted to get that out of the way."

"Yeah, got it." She replied plainly before standing and trotting over to the food. She looked over the assorted fruits and meat before deciding she wasn't actually hungry and walked off to the side of the group to sit by herself.

Lug Nut watches the zebra mare walk away, then takes another drink from his flask. Sitting down in the corner, the large stallion pulls out his book, opens it and continues reading.
