"Thanks." Risk takes the jacket, and begins walking around the cave, waving the talisman aimlessly. Nothing in particular happens. He quickly charges it up with a small burst of energy from his horn, and goes about the process again. He taps the talisman, getting a working EFS, albeit with some static. Now, if my theory is correct... He walks the the entrance of the cave, and holds the talisman outside for a few moments and the EFS quickly turns off. Gotcha. Risk grins and walks back to Red. "Alright, I got some bad news and more bad news. The bad news is, the talisman seems to leak energy in storms like this, so using it is a no-go, for now. The other bad news...your jacket's kinda wet. Sorry."
