And the second question is, If Kasai could extract the egg from Shayle like I assume she did, why was it necessary for the two of them to have sex?))

(( She did indeed plant the idea to start the War to the NCR, but it was the NCR who went through with it. And yes, it's a bit over the top just to get two Zebra's here, but she's not exactly one for subtlety.

Because the egg needed to be fertilized by Felix, Shayle along couldn't provide the power, even if she just killed her, so she needed a hybrid of sorts, both of them share similar genes, put it together and... ))

((Well, my dream involved this RP (first time it's happened...kinda freaked me out, won't lie.) For some reason I was a human walking around with the group (dream logic made it okay), but most of the dream I spent carrying Shayle and trying to keep her calm.
Red and Sakura fucked on a cloud at one point.
Buckler glared at me like I was evil through most of it.
And other than that it was pretty much just walking, with Willow telling everyone to move faster (I have no idea why).

Kenji walks over to Shayle, sitting down next to her, "I'm... I'm sorry, this is all my fault..."

Shayle nodded to Buckler as he walked away, curling back up for a moment. She reached into her bag and pulled out the necklace, and hoofed the pin from her mane, putting the two back together and looking over the gift.
It wasn't exactly beautiful, it was hard to make scrap look pretty, but it still looked nice. The strange lights around the large flower-shaped pin at the center were a bit strange, and the talisman connected to them confused her, but someone told her it lit up when it was around magic. She really wanted to see that for some reason.
The mare stared at the metal flowers for a few minutes, rolling the necklace around in her hooves to get a close look at each one. Once she had seen each detail, the mare pulled the large flower back off and pinned it back in her mane, pushing the hair behind her ear so it wouldn't block the flower. She put the rest of it around her neck, and was glad it fit her well, not too loose or too tight.
She curled back up again, tears no longer flowing down her face.
Her heart still throbbed painfully in her chest no matter how small she made herself, and the zebra couldn't shake the feeling of complete shame from her body.

Shayle lifted her head and looked over at Kenji. "No...it's not..." she said quietly. "I shouldn't have gone with you...it was stupid...if I had stayed with the others..." The mare lowered her head.

"Then Empress would find the way to get both of you...maybe by force. And I don't really know if we could fight back for long." Sighs sadly. "If someone to blame, it's me..I didn't get you all out in time..wasn't fast enough with doors...I'm just glad, that both of you alive."

"If what the Empress told us in that room, then she would have found a way even after you refused..." He looks away, "But your friends had a great plan to get away, but I believed in stupid, fucking honour. I was too... too sure in my ways to even accept that she was lying. " He clutches his head, "Ugh! I should have seen her evil when she ordered Izumi's death!"

Shayle sadly shook her head at both of them. "No, I should have listened, but I didn't, because I'm too stupid to think of other options...even if others tell me." The mare curled back up and looked away from Kenji and Rogue.

((Felix on the other hand.... I see him being an emotional wreck for a while, staying around Neon as much as he can for some feeling of security, but unable to look at anybody, especially Shayle, directly for a while out of shame of what he did.))

Despite desire to hug Shayle and tell her, it's not her fault, instead she turned to Kenji, motions hear head to leave Shayle alone for now.

Neon lies with Felix, unsure what troubles the young Zebra, but aware that he needs him right now as he holds Felix close.

Glares Major..but then her glare softens, until tears start forming in her eyes...she knew he was right. She wiped out her face with hoof and acted like she wasn't just about to start crying.

After a while, Felix managed to stop crying, but still pressed himself as close to Neon as he could, never wanting to leave the pony's embrace again.
