When the light faded and the group found themselves safe, Felix looked around and ran straight to Neon, throwing his hooves around the pegasus and sobbing into his shoulder.


Shayle watched her brother run off to his coltfriend, her cheeks still damp and her eyes burning. The mare trotted to the side and lay down, curling up as tight as she could and crying to herself.

*opens his mouth to speak and walks forward a couple steps*...I...*stops, closes mouth and looks down*...I'm sorry that went so horribly wrong...and...I don't know what was going on with that room full of turrets pointed at you two, but...I'm glad you two made it out unharmed. *looks away* I can't imagine how scary that must've been...*pauses then turns away*

Shayle sniffled as Buckler talked. "Thank you..."she said shakily. "I'm...I'm sorry ..." she added quietly.

*turns around and smiles sadly* It's alright...we're safe for now, at least. *paws at ground a little* ...Can I get you anything? Maybe some water?

Shayle nodded slowly before lowering her head back into her hooves.

*trots over to his saddlebags and pulls out a bottle of water, then slowly walks back over to Shayle, sits down, takes off the cap, and hoofs it over to her* Here you go.
