Shayle looked at Kenji for a few seconds, then back to the others. "Can't you just come back with me? Please," Shayle pleaded as her mind swirled around the knowledge of the shinigami waiting outside to kill them if she didn't bring the others back.

Felix sat and listened, frowning as for some reason Shayle was put with a decision that could result in her friends dying.

Shayle deadpanned at Major for a moment before her gaze hardened into a glare. "The Empress isn't lying, and neither am I."

If you go on this suicide mission, her death will have been for nothing."

Major turned to Shayle,"Shayle, have you considered that she's lying? People like her can tell exactly what they need to say to manipulate anyone." He turned back to Kenji, "At least we Equestrians don't operate under false pretenses!"

"I've counted around 6 already..maybe more."
"If they are at least at half strength of your sister...." She understands, if they either fight or flee..many will die.

She turned to look at Kenji. "Why don't you tell me, after all, you're better than my kind."

"I don't need to have met her to know what she's like. She'll never raise her voice, even when you think she will, she'll tell you exactly what you need to hear so you'll do whatever she want." Major turns back to Shayle. "Shayle when you came back with only Rogue, what did the Empress say?"
