((I meant as her own personal pet. To make sure that Shayle does her job, and to inflict some level of psychological torture on Rogue for her own enjoyment. ))

((Elaborating a little further and more clearly on this, if I were the Empress, I would've held onto Rogue as sort token to make sure that Shayle got her job done as ordered, but also to hold her as a sort of pet/slave for her own amusement. She promised Shayle that she wouldn't kill her friends, but she never said she couldn't slowly break them with some level of psychological torture...

And that would be part of the fun...having Rogue chained there on display in front of the court, following Kasai's every order, humiliating her in different ways like having her lick her hooves, possibly wearing her down to a broken, sobbing wreck by the time the group comes to save her...

Oh, goodness me, that'd just be evil...

I don't know how much of a display that licking thing was, but maybe she's even have her do..."other things"...))
