So... Kasai set up the plan to get bargaining chips against Shayle and the rest of us, willingly sacrifice one of her loyal followers and will most likely kill another in order to do so. Still, she still hasn't technically gone back on her word no harm would befall us, but as Rogue pointed out "accidents can happen."
