*Floats over one of her minguns and floats some tools in front of Moody.*
Think you can do something with it? I'll hold it while you work.

Moody looks at the guns and smiles.
"Sure I can. Take my mind of flying haha."
He starts pulling out tools and a cloth to place parts on.

Don't worry Emma, we won't. That was a one time thing.
((I say Timeskip. Oh, and that rain just arrived here...))

Emma looks at the gun
"Mind if I help?"
Starts pull out some of her tools

Whisper looks out the window.

((If y'all want we can do the time skip.))

((Right. Give me a few minutes to set the scene and all that.))

((Time skip while Moody and Emma are working on guns? They'll be like brand new by the time we land haha.))
He smiles at her.
"Sure thing. You get one and I'll get the other."

Emma smiles and nods
"You got it hun."
Starts working on one of the miniguns.

((Not sure. I need to check in with some friends of mine and see if they're planning on doing anything or hanging out tonight. Also, there's the issue of whether or not my sister is even going to be around her xbox to fire up the server. Speaking of servers...

@Aon: I was on the minecraft server the other day, had to get off because some admin said that the server was being moved. Wasn't a problem since I was heading for work anyways, but now I can't see the server. Guess it has a new IP address?))

((He was moving it to a LAN party, so I really have no clue. I'd assume its back by now but he fell asleep and didn't set it up, so we'll have to see.))

((I'm still on the fence about getting Minecraft, it does sound like it's fun though.))

((Can't vouch for the X-Box version but if you're in the right mood in single player or with the right group in multi it is a lot of fun. Thinking up things to build with different material on different terrain. Personally I'm still proud of my "floating" Hell Castle at sea.))

A few hours later, Flame spots something in the distance, a few miles away. The place is huge, large walls surrounding it. It's a whole lot bigger than he remembers, with various buildings, huts and tents illuminated by spotlights. The land around it is filled with craters and skeletons. He points to the fort with a hoof. "Hey, guys, there it is. Fort Fragg, in all it's glory. We should probably land here and scout it out."

Meanwhile, at the Fort...

One of the ghouls patrolling the walls spots the groups skywagon. He quickly runs to the general's hut, and salutes him upon entering. "Sir, we've got a problem."
"What is it now? You've been seeing shit for the last week that hasn't amounted to anything. Spit it out."
"Well, uh, sir. He's here."
The general deadpans, at stands up, pacing around the room. "Are you sure?"
"Well, uh, I dunno sir. I doubt he'd walk here."
"Well, there's only one way to find out. You know what must be done."
With a sigh, the guard walks out. "Yes, sir."
The guard begins shouting, and gathering anyone in the immediate area. "Okay, fuckwits, listen up! We think Legion's coming, and he's most likely with a group...Well, what are you waiting for? Get to your positions or we'll throw you 'down there'!"
With that, ghouls begin scrambling around, grabbing various weapons. Some ghouls start setting up mortars, and manning artillery, ready to fire. A small group of six pegasi ghouls begins arming themselves with the best weapons available, and start suiting up. Just outside the fort, a small bunker with a steel door is guarded ominously by two heavily armoured earth pony ghouls, ready to open the door when they get the signal.

((So...it begins. Be careful of what your character does right now. It could potentially screw everything up. You have been warned.))

[Aonee]

*Sets the sky wagon down, and sees the commotion in the distance* Hey Flame? I think it's too late for that, it looks like they've already spotted us.

[Guest]

Whisper looks at Flame
"Alright, well lets see how do shall we?"
He looks at Roxie
"Now, Roxie, I'm gonna need ya ta stay here with Terra and the kids okay?"

Roxie nods

"Make sure ya keep'em safe okay girl?"

Roxie nods and barks

Boomy barks

"Alright I'm trustin' you two ta keep them safe."
He hears Aon and looks at the fort
"Well, they haven't shot at us yet so lets try ta keep it that way."
Gets his gear ready.

[MrMagma]

"Maybe, but it can't hurt to look around. No use going in blind. It could be a coincidence." Flame steps off the wagon, lies down, and begins surveying the area with his rifle's scope. [Alertness: 7+2 Perception] "They're definitely getting ready for something. Any thoughts on what to do?"

[Aonee]

Well, with they way they're getting ready they're probably worried that you'll try something drastic or something like that, so most of us should probably walk out of the wagon, you at the front, and try to be as non threatening as possible so they don't shoot us.

[Moodyman90]

Moody puts both 10 MM pistols in his holsters and slings his battle rifle across his back. He leaves just as much of his other gear behind as he feels comfortable with. He also leaves 21 and Love and Hate behind.

"Hopefully they don't mind us being armed. Course from the look of things they have us out numbered so not like it matters."

[Guest]

Whisper nods
"That sounds like a good idea ta me."
Gets off the wagon and stands next to Flame
"Lead the way, bud."

Emma gives War her minigun
"Alright, I guess we should get going
She gets her gear ready and walks off the wagon with Moody.

[Guest]

*Stunned she looks over guns.*
Wow...

*She'd never seen them in this condition before. Upon closer inspection she's see a small etching on each of the guns. One has a snake the other has a lion.*

[Roar and Hiss have been added to your inventory.]

*She lift them both.*

[Perk added: Chimera.]

*She almost felt as if she could use them both...almost. She sets Roar down and steps out of the skywagon.*

[Perk removed: Chimera.]

[Aonee]

((Oooh, Chimera? Wonder what that does.))
*The two pegasi keep pulling the wagon, now on the ground, towards the gates, staying behind the others*

"Sounds like a plan. Not that most of our plans work out anyway. If we do make it there intact, I doubt they'd mind us being armed. Back in my day, we all walked around, fully armed, ready for anything. Sorta had to be really."
Flame walks ahead of the group.

Meanwhile...

One of the guards sees the group heading towards the fort. "Hey...there moving closer."
The general steps out of the hut and climbs the wall. He spots the group approaching. "Give them a warning volley."
"If you say so. Arty, on my mark! A group of ghouls load shells into the artillery, and brace for the signal.
"FIRE!"
A single, united boom can be heard in the distance. A barrage of shells soon explode near the group, but not close enough to wound anyone.
"Reload, wait for my mark!"
The general mutters to himself."Come on, Legion. We're waiting."

[Aonee]

*Stops dead in their tracks at the volley* Flame, I'm not sure they want us here... Unless there's some response to that warning volley you know of.

[Guest]

Whisper stops as when warning volley hits
"Well, ain't this just workin' out fine an dandy."

[Guest]

*She smiles as Hiss's barrel spins smoothly.*
