The door opened to reveal a room that was like a mix of a laboratory and a penthouse suite. The main living area was dominated by four large couches surrounding a coffee table, except the coffee table had several burners, beakers, and test tubes ready for use. The kitchen had what looked like lab equipment in place of an actual stove top and certain cooking appliances, thought the oven was normal. The fridge was stocked full of all kinds of food and ingredients, with a pantry beside it. The bathroom was luxurious, with a large bathtub and a separate shower, while the bedroom had a large, king-size bed, and next to the bed, on a coat rack, was a scientist's lab coat.

Chernobyl closed the door behind him, hearing a quiet sealing of the edges, a knock on the door and walls revealed that everything was lined with lead. The scientist took off his suit, slowly with a look of disbelief. He looked like a typical glowing one. Glowing green body, unnaturally thin, glowing green eyes. Though he had no more tears left, he silently sobbed where he sat in the entranceway. He sobbed in joy, and in disbelief.

'What good things did I do to deserve all this....' He thought to himself. He slowly stood back up and began walking about his room, touching things and picking them up to make sure they were real. There was a key on the kitchen counter. It was the key to his room, colored gold with a base that was painted with a small radiation symbol.

"Not bad.  Wife and kid are doing fine. You?"

"Same...well." Sighs. "Granddaughter doing good..never thought, that I'll outlive my daughter." He added.

A stallion in a long, dark, hooded coat and a security vest with a faded and dented bronze star on it walks in through a door, cautiously"This don't look like the bar..."A tendril quickly puts on his sunglasses and pulls up his facemask."Ah thought there was fight ta break up."He says as he searches for the supposed bar fight.

When Clock was done embracing her marefriend she waved to the hooded pony, "Hey Shadow, you made it here too!"

Shadow turns to the direction of the voice"Clock? What are ya doin' in town?"He continues to look around, getting a little uneasy.

[Craterfist]

Chernobyl had come back downstairs, wearing his suit with the key in his pocket. He looked slowly to Captain, and through the blackness of his visor, he was smiling. "Thank you." He said in his deep, echoey voice.

[Aonee]

"Yea...." Aon looks up at the new arrival.  "Is that who I think it is?"

[Tytan]

"You're very welcome sir. If you require anything else just ask."

"I wasn't... at least I don't think so. I was in Friendship City last I checked."

[Craterfist]

((This is a change of pace for me, unless there's someone who has a ghoul fetish and is immune to radiation. His genitals still work, you know.... :3 ))

The scientist nodded and went back upstairs, unlocking his door and slipping inside. The door sealed behind him to prevent any radiation leaking out. After shedding his suit, he went into he bathroom and turned on the shower, slipping into the hot water and letting it wash away what it could of all the filth on his body. As he scrubbed himself with a brush, he thought about staying here permanently. He wanted to, so very much. This was perfect. Of course, there must be some sort of catch. He would ask about it after he was clean. And oh dear heavens, it felt good to be clean.

((It happens Crater. People get busy and can't respond. Myself for example. I'm building a bridge as we speak.))

((I get people are busy. I'm making a joke. And in what or where are you building a bridge?))

Actually I'm building a model for Engineering class. It has to be able to support two or more pounds.))

Shadow stops moving"Friendship city..."He looks around"Where the hell am ah?" A low growl can be heard from his coat as it squirms around and two purple orbs appear by his neck.

[Tytan]

Clock furrowed her eyebrows, "Uh... Shadow you got a little something..." She indicates the neck area with general waves of her hoof.

[Guest]

"Hmmm"He looks at where she's motioning"Oh, him, that's just Leech."At the mention of it's name, the creature slithers out and looks at the mare, bearing sharp teeth."Remember the joke 'bout the teeth? Well, guess it weren't really a joke."

[Tytan]

Clock looks at the creature nervously, "Uh... you'll excuse me if we skip hugs."

[Guest]

"That'd be wise."He nods he turns to the snake like creature"Leech, go back. Don't need yer help right now."The tendril lets out another growl, then goes back into the coat."Sorry, he tends ta do that if he thinks ah need help. Blossom, won't let me go ta work without summonin' him."he shrugs

[Tytan]

"How is Cherry? Is Flea doing alright?"

[Guest]

((Should mention, Cherry's currently pregnant with Whisper. ~5 months.))
Shadow nods"Yeah, Flea's doin' fine."He smiles under his mask slightly"And Blossom's pregnant, so should have another one soon."He says sounding a little happier then usual for him.

[Tytan]

Clock smiles warmly, "That's great, I'm happy for you two."

[Guest]

"Thank ya, doc."He kinda tips his hood"Anyways, where are we?"

[Tytan]

"Not exactly sure. But it's pretty nice," She looks at the ornately decorated vaulted ceilings.

[Guest]

Shadow looks around"Ah guess so, not really my style of place. and it's a bit bright in here."

[Tytan]

The Captain approached Shadow without hesitation, "If you would prefer somewhere darker then we can provide you with rooms of varying levels of luminosity, from absolute brilliance to absolute darkness. I would not recommend either extreme, I understand they can be quite unpleasant."
